Our Mission
The name Kharisma is derived from the Greek word for “Gift”, which reflects our vision and commitment to alleviate the hardships in this world. We are dedicated to decreasing poverty and helping individuals discover their purpose and value by encouraging, sustaining, and inspiring humanity.
Our goal is to offer hope & unity by providing a structured atmosphere for people to identify their giftings, flourish in their roles, and impact their community. Kharisma is deeply committed to serving nationally and internationally through education, community service, and local charities.
We do this by developing diverse teams to serve in local communities. Each team is strategically positioned to provide something unique to the community in which they serve. Our future is determined each and every day when as individuals we are united together to lift the standard and create the joint prosperity necessary for long-term success in todayʼs world.

Expeditions
Expeditions provide a personal and meaningful way to re-energize the mind, body, and soul. Kharisma provides the opportunity to travel abroad and give back. Individuals are provided the opportunity to travel internationally to plant vegetation, provide clean water for a community, deliver school supplies, clothing and food to those in need. By traveling with Kharisma, our hope is that individuals will experience the rich cultural diversity in the world. Personal Development

Kharisma gives back locally in Idaho as well as internationally. If you are interested
in volunteering at one of these opportunities, or at a private fundraising event in
